The invention provides a sprayed concrete viscosity adjusting agent, a preparation method and applications thereof. The sprayed concrete viscosity adjusting agent is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is composed of 70 to 90 parts by weight of condensation type water reducer, and the component B is composed of 3 to 6 parts by weight of linear polymer with a low molecular weight and 8 to 25 parts by weight of linear polymer with a high molecular weight. The provided sprayed concrete viscosity adjusting agent can increase the thickness of concrete layer after primary spraying without affecting the post strength of the sprayed concrete, and greatly reduce the rebound degree of sprayed concrete.
