The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, and particularly discloses a composite elasticity reducing agent, a preparation method thereof and sprayed concrete. The composite elasticity reducing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-25% of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; 0-0.09% of an air entraining agent; 0.06% to 0.18% of a tackifier; 5-20% of a coagulation accelerating early strength agent; and 0.5-2% of a waterproof agent. When the composite type elasticity reducing agent is used for preparing sprayed concrete, through detection, after the composite type elasticity reducing agent is added, the 1d compressive strength of the obtained sprayed concrete is improved by 35.2% or above, the 28d compressive strength is improved by 29.9% or above, the rebound rate is reduced by 59.1% or above, and the effect is remarkable.
