Acid-leaching-method laterite-nickel-slag-based autoclaved product and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an acid-leaching-method laterite-nickel-slag-based autoclaved product. A preparation method of the wall material mainly comprises the following steps: evenly mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of laterite nickel slag, 0-50 parts of slaked lime or 0-30 parts of quick lime, 0-30 parts of cement, 0-30 parts of cement, and 5 to 60 parts of natural sand, artificial sand, limestone powder or quartz powder, wherein the ratio of water to ash is 0-0.3:1, and the ash includes all powder materials; performing compression moulding wherein the moulding pressure is 5 to 40 MPa; and performing autoclaved curing in an autoclave furnace with an autoclave temperature of 30 to 190 DEG C for 1 to 14 hours. The method is simple in process and has the advantages that the energy consumption is low, the raw materials are cheap, and the fixed asset investment is lower. Besides, the prepared acid-leaching-method laterite-nickel-slag-based autoclaved wall material is high in strength (more than 40 MPa at most), good in water resistance and low in porosity, and the raw materials are mainly industrial waste residues, so that the autoclaved wall material is environment-friendly and can meet the requirement for novel wall materials.
