Corrosion resistant alumina ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a corrosion resistant alumina ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic includes following raw material by weight: 40-90 parts of alumina, 2-8 parts of sodium oxide, 4-9 parts of calcium carbide, 7-9 parts of oleic acid, 10-12 parts of poly butylene succinate, 4-10 parts of a triggered agent and 1-3 parts of a surface active agent. The preparation method is as follows: melting the alumina, cooling, crushing, adding the oleic acid, mixing evenly, then adding the poly butylene succinate, the triggered agent and the surface active agent, mixing evenly, putting into a crucible, then adding the sodium oxide and the calcium carbide into the crucible, keeping the temperature at 1200 to 1300 DEG C for 1-2 hours, and finally naturally cooling. The oleic acid is used to modify the surface of the crushed alumina, bonding is prevented, and the corrosion resistance is improved.
