The chemical general formula of the alpha-SiAlON high-entropy transparent ceramic material is (RE1aRE2bRE3cRE4dRE5e)m/3Si12-(m+n)Alm+nOnN16-n. Through alpha-SiAlON ceramic high entropy, powder nanocrystallization, component optimization and the optimized sintering process, alpha-SiAlON with the light transmittance of 65-76% and the hardness of 23-25 GPa is obtained, the fracture toughness reaches 4-5 MPa m < 1/2 >, the bending strength reaches 500-650 MPa, and the optical performance and the mechanical performance both reach a relatively high level.
一种α‑SiAlON高熵透明陶瓷材料及其制备方法,其化学通式为(RE1aRE2bRE3cRE4dRE5e)m/3Si12‑(m+n)Alm+nOnN16‑n。本发明通过α‑SiAlON陶瓷高熵化、粉体纳米化、组分优选以及优化的烧结工艺,获得透光率为65~76%、硬度为23~25GPa的α‑SiAlON、断裂韧性达到4~5MPa m1/2、弯曲强度达到500~650MPa、光学性能和力学性能均达到较高水平高熵透明陶瓷材料。
