Through alpha-SiAlON ceramic high entropy, powder nanocrystallization, component optimization and the optimized sintering process, alpha-SiAlON with the light transmittance of 65-76% and the hardness of 23-25 GPa is obtained, the fracture toughness reaches 4-5 MPa m < 1/2 >, the bending strength reaches 500-650 MPa, and the optical performance and the mechanical performance both reach a relatively high level.
