Disclosed is a lamp pole frame type road surface wind snow blocking screen. The lamp pole frame type road surface wind snow blocking screen is suitable for protecting the road surface of a road and the road surface of a railway against coverage with accumulated snow. A frame type pipeline shed which is constructed through air pipes and composed of a plurality of units and is equal to the road in length is arranged on the outer edges of the road, the railway and other protected interfaces and arranged above the road, the railway and the other protected interfaces. Frame stand columns are mounted on the two sides of the road and meanwhile can serve as lamp poles of street lamps. A high-pressure air source is generated through an air pump, and high-pressure air is put into an air storage cylinder and the frame shed constructed through the air pipes; spraying heads with holes are arranged on side wall air pipes and ceiling air pipes of the shed frame, and pressure air is exhausted from a plurality of exhaust holes of the spraying heads to form strong wind beam walls; and side wall wind beams are responsible for blocking snow falling on the two sides of the road from entering the road, and snow falling on the frame is layered through ceiling wind beams to be blown out of the protected road surfaces level by level. The lamp pole frame type road surface wind snow blocking screen is characterized in that through power of pressure air, the falling snow cannot directly fall on the road surfaces.
