Fiber-reinforced concrete composite thermal insulation permanent template
The invention provides a fiber-reinforced concrete composite thermal insulation permanent template. The template comprises a permanent fiber-reinforced concrete layer, a foam concrete thermal insulation layer, an embedded dovetail and a reinforcing steel wire mesh. The permanent fiber-reinforced concrete layer and the foam concrete thermal insulation layer are compounded, the embedded dovetail is arranged in the permanent fiber-reinforced concrete layer, and a stress position of the embedded dovetail in the permanent fiber-reinforced concrete layer is provided with the reinforcing steel wire mesh. The used fibers comprise mixed steel fibers and nonmetal fibers. The fiber-reinforced concrete composite thermal insulation permanent template improves exterior wall insulation endurance and safety, optimizes wall outer decorative surface functions, can be directly used for decoration of various face bricks, and can be directly coated with paint. After the poured concrete has desired strength, a support is dismounted and the permanent template is permanently fixed to the wall. The permanent template replaces wood and steel templates used by the conventional construction method, reduces a template cost and construction difficulty and greatly shortens a construction period.
