The reinforced concrete material can be saved for the building structure design; and a defect of low strength of a main body board made of an organic thermal-insulation material can be overcome, and deformation can be avoided. high and heavy decoration panels like tiles and marbles and the like can be pasted at the outer side. In addition, because of the slag mortar layer, the heat storage coefficient of the template is increased, so that the thermal inertia index is also improved. Besides, the solid wasted slag is also used by the template, so that the energy is saved, the cost is low, and environment protection can be realized.
