The invention discloses a shear wall positioning device which comprises a reinforcing steel bar positioning board. A cast-in-situ trough is internally disposed in the reinforcing steel bar positioning board in a manner of being closed to one side surface, wherein one end of the cast-in-situ trough is stretched to an outer side surface of the reinforcing steel bar positioning board. A grout pipe is disposed in the cast-in-situ trough, wherein one end of the grout pipe is fixed onto an inner side surface of the cast-in-situ trough and the other end passes through the cast-in-situ trough and is stretched to the outer side surface of the cast-in-situ trough. A reinforcing steel bar casing is internally disposed in the reinforcing steel bar positioning board in a manner of being closed to the other side surface, wherein one end of the reinforcing steel bar casing is stretched to the outer side surface of the cast-in-situ trough. A stress rib is installed in the reinforcing steel bar casing, wherein two ends of the stress rib are respectively welded to inner side surfaces at the two sides of the reinforcing steel bar casing. An adjustment mechanism is arranged on the reinforcing steel bar casing, wherein the bottom of the adjustment mechanism is arranged in the reinforcing steel bar casing. The shear wall positioning device has a great effect of positioning reinforcing steel bars at the two sides of a shear wall so that both construction and installation are quite convenient. The device can be adjusted according to different reinforcing steel bar diameters and is strong in adaptability, can achieve better reinforced connection effect, can effectively solve a problem of difficult construction and meanwhile is excellent in adjustment performance.
