The invention relates to a conductive heating composite sheet made from a conductive heating adhesive film, a preparation method thereof, and a product made from the composite sheet. The preparation method comprises the steps of fully mixing a conductive heating filler, a polyethylene resin, an ethylene copolymer, a dispersant and an antioxidant in a mixing device to obtain a copolymer of the above materials; granulating the obtained copolymer in a granulation apparatus to obtain resin particles; and putting the obtained resin particles into a film forming apparatus to obtain a conductive heating adhesive film. The prepared conductive heating adhesive film is used for adhering one or more of the materials including a plywood, a wood veneer, a bamboo veneer, a cement fiberboard, a ceramic tile, glass, a natural stone and a metal composite plate into a conductive heating composite sheet having a conductive heating function. According to the invention, the conductive heating composite sheet and the product thereof are not only safe to use and capable of long-term even heating, but can also meet the requirements for the development of various industry products, such as electric heating building materials, household appliances, equipment shields, antifreeze equipment and the like.
