To solve the problem of the conventional impregnated cloth in which a cloth of an upper surface layer has holes, and a connecting fiber curable powder material used for impregnation is permeated through the holes; then, it is necessary to apply a thin coating of PVC paste to the holes of the upper surface layer.SOLUTION: A composite sheet 1 is provided with a second sheet 30 with a shielding property against a material to be included, and a deformed mesh 21 with a predetermined opening having two surfaces enabling a predetermined distance to be held; the second sheet 30 is joined to one surface formed on the deformed mesh 21 to form a predetermined space on one surface of the second sheet 30 by the deformed mesh 21, and then the space is filled with powdered or granular material 40 whose main component is raw material obtained by pulverizing minerals or firing and pulverizing minerals; thereafter, a first sheet 10 is joined to the other surface formed on the deformed mesh 21 and the side surface of the deformed mesh 21 is closed, thereby containing the powdery material 40 therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の含浸布では、上表面層の布に孔がありこの孔から含浸に用いられる連結繊維硬化可能な粉末材料を浸透させるものであった。そして、上表面層の孔について、ＰＶＣペーストの薄いコーティングの塗布をする必要があるという問題があった。【解決手段】複合シート１は、内包させる材料に対する遮蔽性を備えた第２シート３０と、所定の間隔を保持できる二つの面が形成されている所定の目開きの変形させた網２１と、第２シート３０に、変形させた網２１に形成された一方の面を接合させて、第２シート３０の一面に変形させた網２１で所定の空間を形成し、前記空間に鉱物を粉砕または鉱物を焼成・粉砕した原材料料を主成分とする粉粒材４０を充填させた後に、変形させた網２１に形成された他方の面に、第１シート１０を接合させ、変形させた網２１の側面を塞ぎ、粉粒材４０を内包させている。【選択図】図１
