Artificial colored sand and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an artificial colored sand and a preparation method thereof and relates to a dyeing material. The artificial colored sand is prepared from such components in parts by weight as 100 parts of coloring matrix, 0.5-5 parts of colorant and 0.5-5 parts of hydrophilic agent, wherein the coloring matrix is one of silica sand, white sand, quartz sand and natural colored sand, or a mixture of several materials in any ratio; the coloring agent is prepared from such components in parts by weight as 20-50 parts of hydroxyl acrylic resin, 10-25 parts of HDI curing agent, 5-25 parts of solvent, 0.1-0.3 part of oil-based dispersant, 0.1-0.3 part of oil-based defoamer and 0.1-25 parts of pigment. The artificial colored sand overcomes the defect of single color of the natural colored sand, and is high in weather fastness, high in mechanical strength, and high in compatibility with a real stone paint system.
