The invention relates to a high-efficiency energy-saving dry powder waterproof agent for cement. According to the invention, silane, siloxane and long-chain fatty acid salt are used as waterproof agents; polyether modified siloxane is used as a wetting dispersant; non-silicon nonionic surfactant is used as an emulsifier; dihydric alcohol and oligopolymer thereof are used non-aqueous emulsion or non-aqueous dispersion liquid; a proper dry powder water reducer is added; and silica, zeolite powder, calcium carbonate, diatomite and the like are used as carriers. The invention has the following beneficial effects: 1, the organosilicon powdery waterproof agent has good effect when applied to waterproof mortar, and the water absorption ratio (48h) of the waterproof mortar reaches 20% when the amount of organosilicon in the powdery waterproof agent is 0.2%; 2, national first-grade standard can be reached when the amount of waterproof powder prepared from a calcium stearate waterproof agent is greater than or equal to 0.4%; 3, the waterproof powder prepared by using a preparation method disclosed in the invention is superior to waterproof powder reported in overseas patents; and 4, the amount of the waterproof powder used in waterproof mortar can be further reduced if the waterproof mortar is prepared by using the preparation method disclosed in embodiment II in the invention.
