Energy-saving cement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses energy-saving cement and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the technical field of cement production. The energy-saving cement comprises cement clinker and an admixture, wherein the cement clinker is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 42-45 parts of power plant fly ash, 8-9.5 parts of bauxite, 80-98 parts of limestone, 0.3-2 parts of gypsum and 1.5-2.5 parts of iron ore. The preparation method of the energy-saving cement comprises the following steps of: 1) mixing and grinding the raw materials of the cement clinker to prepare a raw material, preheating and decomposing the raw material, sintering at 1050-1250 DEG C for 20-30 minutes, and cooling to prepare the cement clinker, and (2) mixing and grinding the cement clinkerprepared in the step (1) and the admixture to obtain the energy-saving cement. The raw materials of the cement clinker of the energy-saving cement cooperate with each other, so that the sintering temperature is reduced, and the energy is saved.
