Waterproof resin anchoring agent
The invention provides a waterproof resin anchoring agent. The waterproof resin anchoring agent comprises a curing agent mixture and resin-bonded mastic. The curing agent mixture comprises, by weight, 5 to 15 parts of a rapid curing agent DC, 10 to 20 parts of a curing agent BPO, 20 to 30 parts of diglycol and 80 to 120 parts of light calcium carbonate. The resin-bonded mastic comprises, by weight, 80 to 120 parts of water-tolerant resin, 1 to 2 parts of an accelerant, 30 to 50 parts of instant rubber powder, 0.05 to 0.2 part of a polymerization inhibitor and 250 to 400 parts of limestone powder. According to the invention, when cured in the presence of water, the waterproof resin anchoring agent is not interfered by water molecules; and the waterproof resin anchoring agent has improved bonding force and anchoring force, can timely and effectively bear loads in the process of supporting, applies good pretightening force in reinforcing and supporting of caverns with water flow, overcomes problems in anchor mesh supporting in the case of occurrence or sprinkling of water in the pit, accelerates a digging speed and has immense application and popularization prospects.
