Waterproof anchoring agent as well as preparation method, application and performance evaluation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of anchoring, and discloses a waterproof anchoring agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof and a performance evaluation method. The waterproof anchoring agent comprises unsaturated polyester resin, silicate, a silane coupling agent, a reactive diluent, a curing agent, an accelerant and instant glue powder. The waterproof resin anchoring agent is prepared by adjusting the raw materials, isocyanate is used as a curing agent, high-energy particles (silicate) are used as filler, the waterproof resin anchoring agent with high strength, high activity and good water resistance is prepared, and the waterproof resin anchoring agent has the excellent performance of ultrafast water absorption, fast solidification and high strength; meanwhile, a new evaluation method is provided on the basis of related requirements of MT146.1-2011 and used for detecting the mechanical property of the waterproof anchoring agent, the waterproof capacity of the anchoring agent is verified through a specially-designed anchoring pull-out test, and compared with a common resin anchoring agent, the applicability of the waterproof anchoring agent under the working condition of the shallow-buried water-rich stratum is determined.
