The invention provides a building exterior wall insulation tile adhesive and its preparation method and construction technology. The adhesive comprises cement, heavy calcium, quartz sand, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, rubber powder, a rubber powder optimizing agent and a mortar optimizer. The preparation method comprises steps of mixing the above ingredients, drying for more than 24 h, naturally cooling to room temperature, stirring by a stirrer, heating and stirring. Concrete construction comprises the following steps: firstly mixing and stirring the adhesive and water according to the ratio of four kilograms of the adhesive to one liter of water; uniformly stirring to form a paste-like adhesive; fully paving a base plane with the mortar by the use of a special scraper blade; dragging out stripe shapes on the base plane with one dentiform face of the scraper blade; and finally arranging and pasting in order and flattening. With the combination of the preparation method, the adhesive provided by the invention has high bonding strength, alkali efflorescence resistance, water resistance and aging resistance. Shedding phenomenon of existing adhesives after alkali efflorescence can be changed. Manufacturing cost of the adhesive is low. The construction technology is very simple, and construction efficiency is high. Market competitiveness and engineering application generality are both enhanced.
