EXTERIOR WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD, EXTERIOR WALL STRUCTURE AND TILE UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new external wall construction method and external wall structure that use lesser amount of metals compared to conventional dry construction methods and prevent issues with wet construction methods such as falling off of tiles due to aging (deterioration) of mortar, etc.SOLUTION: A hole is pierced through a tile; a plurality of pierced tiles 10 through which the hole has been pierced is attached on a building frame 90; an aggregate 20 is inserted through the pierced hole of the pierced tiles 10, thereby having the aggregate 20 pierce through the plurality of pierced tiles 10; and the aggregate 20 is fixed on the building frame 90, thereby preventing falling off of the pierced tiles 10 with the aggregate 20.
【課題】従来の乾式工法に比して、金属使用量を減少させることが可能であり、且つ、湿式工法におけるモルタル等の経年変化(劣化)等によるタイルの剥離といった問題の発生を抑止することができる新たな外壁施工方法、外壁構造体の提供。【解決手段】タイルに貫通孔を形成し、当該貫通孔が形成された複数の有孔タイル10を躯体90に張り付け、有孔タイル10の貫通孔を骨材20によって挿通することにより複数の有孔タイル10を骨材20によって貫通し、骨材20を躯体90に取り付けることによって、骨材20による有孔タイル10の剥落防止をする。【選択図】図6
