Corrosion-resistant high-strength thermal-insulation mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant high-strength thermal-insulation mortar. The invention is characterized in that the thermal-insulation mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38-40 parts of cement, 30-35 parts of intumescent vitrified microbead, 12-14 parts of fly ash, 0.4-0.6 part of ester gum, 3-5 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer rubber powder, 1.5-2.5 parts of calcium propionate, 1-1.5 parts of polyacrylamide, 1-2 parts of superfine epoxy resin powder, 4-6 parts of carbon fiber powder and 8-10 parts of synergist. By adopting the mixing formula and combining the intumescent vitrified microbead with the superfine epoxy resin powder, ester gum and the like, the high temperature resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties of the product are enhanced. The added synergist further enhances the crack resistance, fire resistance and flame retardancy of the product. By adopting crop straws as the base material, the manufacturing process is energy-saving and environment-friendly. The thermal-insulation mortar has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance and long thermal-insulation effect, and avoids performance degradation when meeting water.
