Water-resistant thermal-insulation mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a water-resistant thermal-insulation mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 30-35 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 10-15 parts of bagasse, 230-250 parts of closed-cell perlite, 20-24 parts of white cement, a right amount of water, 20-25 parts of assistant, 150-170 parts of Portland cement, 3-5 parts of PE (polyethylene) wax, 9-13 parts of latex powder, 10-15 parts of calcium sulfate and 3-5 parts of calcium alginate. By using the PE wax, bagasse, polyvinyl acetate emulsion and latex powder, the mortar has excellent water resistance. By using the magnesium hydroxide and closed-cell perlite, the mortar has favorable thermal insulation property and fire resistance. The mortar can greatly save the energy when being used in buildings. The mortar has favorable water resistance. The assistant is utilized to enhance the compression resistance and folding strength of the mortar and improve the workability, anti-sagging property, thixotropy and antisettling property.
