The invention discloses a ceramic plate sol mould casting one-time molding method. The ceramic plate sol mould casting one-time molding method comprises following steps: a slurry is prepared from quartz powder and silica sol; a coagulation accelerator is added into the slurry, and an obtained mixed slurry is stirred to be uniform; the uniformly stirred mixed slurry is injected into a die quickly for mould casting; the die is covered with glass, the glass is covered with a wood frame, and the die with the glass and the wood frame are turned over entirely so as to place the die and an obtained green body on the glass, and then the die is removed; and the green body is subjected to vacuum drying and high temperature roasting. Ceramic plates prepared via the ceramic plate sol mould casting one-time molding method is low in surface roughness, and high in strength; the steps are simple; molding speed is high; environmental pollution is less; and cost is reduced greatly.
