The invention relates to quartz ceramic casting molding equipment and a use method thereof.The quartz ceramic casting molding equipment comprises a base, a mounting plate is arranged on the base, a liftable material barrel is arranged on the mounting plate, the interior of the material barrel is hollow, and an opening of the material barrel faces upwards; the melting barrel is movably arranged on the base through a driving assembly arranged on the base, and a filling assembly is arranged between the base and the melting barrel; the melting barrel is connected with an elastic meshing mechanism mounted on the mounting plate, the elastic meshing mechanism is connected with a bidirectional cam rotationally mounted on the mounting plate through a bevel gear set arranged on the mounting plate, and the bidirectional cam is matched with a trigger rod fixed on the side part of the material barrel; and the discharging assembly is arranged on the mounting plate and connected with the elastic meshing mechanism, and the discharging assembly can enable the material barrel to be communicated with a discharging hopper arranged on the lower portion of the material barrel.
