Synergist-added high-strength thermal-insulation mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a synergist-added high-strength thermal-insulation mortar. The invention is characterized in that the thermal-insulation mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of cement, 2-3 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 6-8 parts of converter slag granule, 14-16 parts of quartz sand, 2-3 parts of asbestos fiber, 2-3 parts of intumescent polyphenylene granule, 20-25 parts of intumescent vitrified microbead, 0.5-0.7 part of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether, 2-3 parts of calcium peroxide, 2-4 parts of water glass and 8-10 parts of synergist. The powder synergist prepared by using crop straws as the base material has favorable crack resistance and high temperature resistance, and can enhance the fire resistance and flame retardancy of the product. By using the intumescent polyphenylene granule and intumescent vitrified microbead, under the inorganic-organic combined actions of cement, water glass, polyvinylpyrrolidone and the like, the binding strength and compression strength of the whole thermal-insulation system are obviously enhanced. The product has the advantages of favorable compression resistance, favorable bending resistance, favorable shrinkage, favorable workability and the like.
