The invention discloses a thermal insulation mortar added with a novel waterproof and dampproof synergist. The thermal insulation mortar is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight part: 2-3 of white latex, 5-7 of silica, 2-3 of sisal fiber, 7-9 of light calcined magnesia, 10-13 of industrial waste residue powder, 2-3 of emulsified asphalt, 3-4 of polyester fiber, 20-24 of ordinary cement, 22-27 of vitrified microsphere, and 8-10 of the synergist. The formula involved in the invention is added with white latex, emulsified asphalt and other anticorrosion and waterproof components, which cooperate with sisal fiber, polyester fiber and other components to achieve the antistripping, wear resistant and waterproof effects. The synergist is prepared by a special technology, further strengthens the waterproof, dampproof and mothproof effects of the product, contains crop straw as the base material, is energy saving and environment-friendly, and also contains water reducer component, thus reducing cement dosage. The thermal insulation mortar provided by the invention has good waterproof effect, and is free of hollowing and cracking after construction.
