The invention discloses accretion-preventing coating of a rotary kiln. The production process includes steps of A, preparing mullite, silicon carbide and graphite according to the weight ratio of 50-60:20-25:10-15, adding pure water into the materials to uniformly stir according to the ratio of water to mixture at 1:1.5; adding 1.5% of hydroxypropyl-cellulose, 0.08% of oxalic acid, 0.05% of sodium sulfite and 0.025% of organic silicone oil and uniformly stirring again; C, finally adding inorganic bonding agent phosphate aluminium-chromium in the amount accounting for 10-17% of the weight of the mixture, and uniformly stiring to obtain finished products. The accretion-preventing coating is sprayed to the inner wall of the rotary kiln and can function in preventing materials from generating liquid phase to form clay to cause accretion, scaffolding, bump forming, kiln coating thickening and lengthening.
