The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a foam cement insulation board added with polyphenyl granules, which comprises the following steps: performing modification treatment on the surfaces of the polyphenyl granules by using the polyphenyl granules, cement, adhesive, coupling agent and water, thus forming a layer of silicate shell on the surface of each polyphenyl granule; preparing adjuvant for the foam cement insulation board; adding water, water reducer, PP fiber 0, the adjuvant for the foam cement insulation board, modified polyphenyl granules 1, silicate cement and pulverized coal ash into a stirrer, stirring for mixing uniformly, finally adding 10-12 kg of hydrogen peroxide and stirring for mixing uniformly; demolding, curing and cutting after being hydrated. Compared with a common foam cement insulation board, the foam cement insulation board manufactured according to the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the unit weight is reduced, the breaking strength is increased, the heat conduction coefficient is reduced, and the use thickness of the foam cement insulation board is reduced under the same condition.
