Polyphenyl insulation board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a polyphenyl insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The insulation board comprises EPS particles, a flame-retardant adhesive and a grouting material, the grouting material is prepared from Portland cement, a water reducing agent, cellulose ether and water; the flame-retardant adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials: a compound fireproof raw material, styrene-acrylic emulsion, polyvinyl alcohol, silica powder and water, the compound fireproof raw material is prepared from magnesium hydroxide, calcium carbonate and aluminum hypophosphite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating the EPS particles with high-temperature steam for pre-foaming, then putting the EPS particles into the flame-retardant adhesive, uniformly stirring and mixing, drying, and then putting into a mold for heating and forming to prepare the insulation board with a gap structure; and filling holes of the insulation board with the grouting material to obtain the polyphenyl insulation board. According to the method, the preparation process is simple, the cost is low, the used raw materials are easy to obtain, and the obtained polyphenyl insulation board not only has an excellent flame retardant effect, but also has the advantages of small heat conductivity coefficient, low volume weight, excellent mechanical properties and the like, and can better meet the requirements of the current building external wall insulation material market.
