The invention provides an underground industrial sewage cleaning method comprising drilling a sewage extraction well and a clean water recharge well with certain density in a polluted area according to pollution degrees, enabling the depth of the sewage extraction well to be as deep as an underground sewage layer and the depth of the clean water recharge well to be as deep as a water-containing sand layer, pumping sewage water from the sewage extracting well, purifying the pumped polluted water via water treatment to reach a standard, pressing and recharging the clean water into the extraction well, and continuing the above processes until water pumped from the sewage extraction well reach a cleanness standard. An underground sewage processing and cleaning method with simple operation and less investment is provided.
