Karman vortexes can be generated behind the ridges by arranging the turbulence ridges, the turbulent fluctuation degree of a water flow easy-to-deposit area at the bottom of the pipe is increased, water flow can ascend and descend along the turbulence ridges, a series of vortexes are generated behind the turbulence ridges, and the water flow is disturbed, so that solid particles in the water flow are not easy to deposit, and substances settled in the pipeline can be suspended in the water again and move backwards along with the water flow. Meanwhile, the overflowing area of the pipeline is alternately reduced, and the flow speed is alternately changed, so that the solid particles in the pipeline are not easy to deposit. Therefore, the silt accumulation speed of the underground sewage pipeline can be slowed down by increasing the turbulent fluctuation degree of the water flow at the bottom of the pipe, and the cleaning cost of the underground sewage pipeline is saved.
