An urban haze-removing and cooling system mainly comprises a slope roof water spraying device (1), a building flat roof haze-removing device (7), road two-side dust-removing and cooling isolation belts (7) and a rainwater collecting and utilizing system. A huge area and large space of the building roof are utilized and a stereoscopic haze-absorbing and cooling system is built on two sides of a road with serious air pollution. The urban haze-removing and cooling system mainly utilizes rainwater to clean, cool polluted air, prevent dust and cool the road; and water and energy can be supplied at night by off-peak electricity. The system operates based on intelligent control to improve local air quality without increasing water and electricity consumption; in particular, pavements or slow traffic lanes are built to shade sunlight and cool the air, and to improve air quality of two sides of the road with serious air pollution; and the urban haze-removing and cooling system can effectively eliminate haze, reduce urban heat island effect and decrease water and electricity utilization.
