Splicing structure and splicing method for stone-simulated aluminum plates
The invention discloses a splicing structure and a splicing method for stone-simulated aluminum plates. The stone-simulated aluminum plates are spliced mutually and are hung at the bottom or on the side of a main body structure. A faceplate with the same texture as surrounding stone is arranged on one side of each aluminum plate, and a supporting structure is arranged on the other side of each aluminum plate. Bending structures are arranged on four sides of each aluminum plate respectively. The main body structure is provided with embedding devices. The aluminum plates are hung on the main body structure through the bending structures and the embedding devices. The splicing structure and the splicing method have the advantages that the aluminum plates are substituted for stone, decorative load of dry hanging can be reduced, and accordingly, fixation stability and safety of a facing material are enhanced; the aluminum plates are coated with natural-granite texture paint by a computer paint mixing technology to form a stone-texture-simulated aluminum plate ceiling, so that a decorative effect same as that of a natural dry-hanging stone wall is achieved, and uniformity and attractiveness of a decorative face can be guaranteed.
