A multifunctional concrete moisture sprayer is a combination between a concrete pumping technology and a winding spraying technology, and added with an automatic charging structure, so a new concrete moisture sprayer technology is formed. A vertical, double-cylinder and piston type structure is employed; the multifunctional concrete moisture sprayer is characterized by small size, great sealing property, small wind consumption amount, few fitting loss, simple structure, convenient maintenance and low cost; concrete can be dry-sprayed and moisture-sprayed; and stratum grouting reinforcement and secondary constructional column concrete construction during building pouring can be achieved.
