The invention provides a piston type concrete sprayer which comprises a rack, a power device, a slide way combination and a feeding and discharging device are sequentially arranged above the rack, the power device is connected with and drives the slide way combination, and the slide way combination is connected with the feeding and discharging device. The power device comprises a speed reducer, a driving gear combination, a motor, a driven gear combination and a rocker arm combination, the motor drives the speed reducer, the speed reducer drives the driving gear combination, the driving gear combination drives the driven gear combination, the rocker arm combination is arranged on the driven gear combination, and the rocker arm combination drives the slide way combination. The feeding and discharging device comprises a pull rod, piston plates, a feeding port, an air inlet and a discharging port. The pull rod is connected with the piston plates and drives the piston plates to move. The two groups of piston plates alternately move to a feed port and a discharge port. The discharge port is connected with a rubber pipe and a spraying gun, when the piston plates move to the feeding port, filling is conducted, then the piston plates continue to move forwards to the discharging port, materials are blown into the rubber pipe through the discharging port under the atmospheric pressure of the air inlet, and the materials are sprayed to a working face through the spraying gun.
