The invention discloses a constant-temperature and constant-humidity chromosome dropping system which comprises a dropping chamber, a movable window assembly and a constant-temperature and constant-humidity assembly, an operation table is placed in the dropping chamber, the movable window assembly is located on the dropping chamber and used for opening and closing the dropping chamber, a dropping hole with a dropping glove is formed in the movable window assembly, and the constant-temperature and constant-humidity assembly is arranged in the dropping hole. The constant temperature and humidity assembly comprises a heating rod located in the dropping chamber, a humidifying water tank and an air blower blowing air to the humidifying water tank, the dropping chamber is sealed by arranging the movable window assembly with the dropping hole and the dropping glove, and the problem that the constant temperature and humidity state of the dropping chamber is damaged due to the fact that the dropping chamber is affected by the external environment is solved; and the temperature and the humidity in the dropping chamber are adjusted through the matched arrangement of the heating rod, the humidifying water tank and the air blower, so that the dropping chamber is in a proper constant-temperature and constant-humidity state, and the dropping work is smoothly carried out.
