Release device of temperature stress for super-long structure
The invention discloses a release device of temperature stress for a super-long structure, and is provided for the super-long structure to release temperature stress. The release device comprises a viscous damper, mountain-shaped slots and shaft-force filtering devices, wherein one side of each mountain-shaped slot is connected to a transformer substation structure through a connecting plate, and the other side of the mountain-shaped slot is connected to the viscous damper; the outer wall of each shaft-force filtering device is fixedly connected to a top plate of a structure column, and the slot body of each mountain-shaped slot penetrates through the corresponding shaft-force filtering device; each shaft-force filtering device presents a rectangular box body consisting of steel plates, the left side and the right side of each shaft-force filtering device are communicated so as to form a channel, and the inside of the channel is smooth; the length direction of each mountain-shaped slot penetrates through the channel of the corresponding shaft-force filtering device, double-film ear plates are arranged on one side connected to the viscous damper, of each mountain-shaped slot; single-film ear plates are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the viscous damper; each single-film ear plate is inserted between the double-film ear plates on the same side, and the single-film ear plate is connected with the double-film ear plates through a bolt. The release device disclosed by the invention can release the temperature stress, so that the stability and the safety of a transformer substation structure are guaranteed.
