Node structure for reducing temperature stress in super-long power transformation framework
The invention discloses a node structure for reducing temperature stress in a super-long power transformation framework, and solves the technical problems that an existing super-long framework temperature stress releasing device is complex in structure, cannot play a supporting role and has a deflection risk. The device comprises a temperature stress release pin beam, the temperature stress release pin beam is inserted between two framework steel pipe beams which are arranged at an interval, long holes are formed in the axial direction of the framework steel pipe beams, and sliding parts which penetrate through the long holes in the radial direction and are connected with the temperature stress release pin beam are arranged. Compared with a traditional method, the ultra-long power transformation framework does not need to be additionally provided with framework columns, the using amount of steel and concrete is saved by 3%-5%, the occupied area is reduced, and special electrical wire hanging is facilitated; the device is simple in structure, components are manufactured in factories, welding is not needed when the bolt rods are adopted as sliding parts, the bolts are assembled on site, and installation is convenient. The appearance of the device is similar to that of a beam-column joint flange, and uniformity of the overall appearance of the structure is achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于在超长变电构架中消减温度应力的节点结构,解决了现有超长构架温度应力释放装置结构复杂、不能起到支撑作用、而且存在偏摆风险的技术问题。本发明包括温度应力释放销梁,温度应力释放销梁插设在间隔设置的两个构架钢管梁之间,构架钢管梁的轴向方向设置有长孔,径向穿过长孔设置有与应力释放销梁相连的滑动部件。较传统做法,应用本发明的超长变电构架无需新增构架柱,钢材及混凝士用量节约了3%~5%,减少了占地面积,方便了电气专业挂线;本发明装置结构简单,构件均工厂化制作,采用螺栓杆作为滑动部件时无需焊接,现场螺栓组装即可,安装方便。本发明装置外观同梁柱节点法兰相似,实现结构整体外观的统一性。
