The invention relates to a unit-assembly type communication tower. The unit-assembly type communication tower comprises precast foundations and tower section units arranged on the precast foundations. The tower section unit comprises four upright components, diagonal rod components and end plates, and the tower section unit is fixed to form a structure with a regular quadrangular section via the diagonal rod components by the upright components, and the end plates are arranged at the top and the bottom of the tower section unit. The tower section units of same structure, the tower section units and the precast foundations are integrated by connecting bolts. The unit-assembly type communication tower has the advantages that by the tower section units composed of the upright components, the diagonal rod components and the end plates, the tower section units with the same size structures can be precast by manufacturers according to actual needs, the tower section units are fixed by the connecting bolts, and the unit-assembly type communication tower is convenient to mount, and construction period is greatly shortened. The adjacent tower section units are fixed by the connecting bolts, the integral anti-seismic and wind-resistant capacity of the communication tower is improved, and the communication tower can be adapted to more severe natural conditions.
