The invention discloses a peep-preventing ventilating window. A ventilating window body is formed in the middle of a door sheet, window edges are manufactured on three edges of the ventilating window body, pin piers are installed beside the two ends of the fourth edge of the ventilating window body, through holes are formed in the ends of the pin piers, gauze is installed on the ventilating window body in a matched mode, and supporting piers are arranged beside the edge, opposite to the edge with the pin piers, of the ventilating window body; a window cover plate is slightly larger than the ventilating window body, plug pins are installed at the two ends of one edge of the window cover plate, and can enter the through holes of the pin piers in a sleeving mode, a gap exists between the window cover plate and the door sheet when the window cover plate is erected, and cross wind can conveniently pass through the gap; one end of a hinge is connected with the door sheet, the other end of the hinge is connected with the window cover plate, and the hinge can conduct 90-degree turnover, and has a turnover and erection locking function.
