The invention discloses an automatic-closing safety fence gate with a lower rotating shaft. The automatic-closing safety fence gate comprises an outer frame, an inner gate, a lock device and a gate hinge device. The lock device consists of an upper portion and a lower portion, a lower lock part is provided with a retractable lower lock bolt, and a lower lockhole part is provided with an upwardly-through lock bolt groove. An upper hinge structure of the gate hinge device comprises a fixed portion and a rotating portion, and a torsion spring is arranged between the fixed portion and the rotating portion. A lower hinge structure of the gate hinge device comprises a rotating sleeve and a return hinge portion, and the return hinge portion is provided with a return slope to realize return under the action of dead weight. The safety fence gate can be closed automatically under the action of the dead weight and elasticity of the torsion spring and is safe and firm after being closed and less prone to being opened by children or pets; by a lock structure acting after the gate is open by 90 degrees, the fence gate can be kept open after being opened completely.
