In accordance with one advisable embodiment of a children protection zone guardrail with a rotation guidance device, a road guardrail comprises posts formed at regular intervals, and a guardrail pole connecting the posts, wherein the posts include: a protection case having a u-shaped cross section to have an internal storage part with an open front side; and a rotation guidance device formed in the protection case by comprising a rotary shaft of a predetermined length in a cylindrical shape, a plurality of blades installed radially on the outer surface of the rotary shaft, and a fixing part formed in each of upper and lower parts of the rotary shaft, to which a shaft pin protruding from each of upper and lower ends of the rotary shaft is fixed to be rotatable. Therefore, the blades of the rotation guidance device are rotated through driving wind and natural wind to enable a vehicle driver to easily check the blades comprising guidance messages even while driving and recognize the child protection zone, such that the driver can be aware of illegal parking prevention and safe driving; a front part of a post is opened and the rotation guide device is formed therein to prevent accidents by forming the protection case on the rotary blades themselves in preparation for an accident influencing pedestrians during rotation; and internal LED light source technology is grafted into the protection case such that the guardrail can be clearly seen even at night.
본 발명의 회전 안내장치가 구성된 어린이보호구역 난간의 바람직한 일 실시예는 일정간격으로 구성되는 지주와 지주를 연결하는 난간대로 이루어지는 도로 난간에 있어서, 지주는, 전면이 개방되어 내부 수납부를 갖도록 u형 단면을 갖는 보호케이스와; 원기둥 형상의 일정 길이의 회전축과, 회전축의 외측면에 방사상으로 복수개가 설치되는 블레이드와, 회전축의 상부와 하부에 각각 구성되며, 회전축의 상단부와 하단부에서 각각 돌출되는 축핀이 회전가능하게 고정되는 고정부로 구성되어, 보호케이스의 내부에 구성되는 회전 안내장치;를 포함하여 이루어져, 주행풍, 자연풍을 이용해 회전 안내장치의 블레이드가 회전하도록 하여 차량 운전자에게 주행중에도 안내문구 등이 구성된 블레이드를 쉽게 확인하고 어린이보호구역임을 인지시켜 불법주정차 방지와 안전운전에 대한 경각심을 일깨워 줄 수 있도록 하며, 지주의 전면부가 개방되도록 하고 내부에 회전 안내장치를 구성하도록 하여 회전 시 보행자에게 끼칠 사고에 대비해 회전 블레이드 자체에 보호케이스를 만들어 사고의 위험을 차단하고, 보호케이스에 내부 LED 광원기술을 접합하여 주야에도 난간이 잘 보이도록 하는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.
