The invention discloses a production system for preparing an industrial water reducer. The production system comprises a liquid industrial naphthalene storage tank, a crystallization tower, a distillation tower, an acidification tower, a hydrolysis tower, a first reaction tower, a second reaction tower, a concentrated reaction tower, a pH regulating tower, a third reaction tower, a centrifugal dehydration tower, a drying tower, a high-grade finished product storage tank, a dilution reaction tower, a primary finished product storage tank, a purification reaction tower, a middle-grade finished product storage tank, a water tank, first dosing equipment, second dosing equipment, purifying facilities, and the like. The water reducer product prepared by the system is high in concentration which is higher than 99.9%, the gas content is lower than 2%, the bleeding rate is lower than 0.5%, the difference between initial setting times is 19, and the difference between final setting times is 32, and the alkaline content is lower than 0.5%. Reactants of alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, maleic anhydride, poly-allyl sulfanate sodium, methacrylic acid and the like are added into the second reaction tower, and calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide are added into a pH regulating tower.
