The foaming cement thermal-insulation board prepared by using the formula of the present invention has characteristics of good thermal stability, high strength, no aging, greening and environmental protection, high bonding strength with the building base course, fire preventing, no flammability, good safety, the same service life as the building, short production period, high production efficiency, and low production cost, and can effectively prevent and control problems such as hollowing, cracking and the like of the external wall external thermal-insulation engineering after the application. In addition, the rapid product production is performed through microwave curing on the basis of the chemical foaming, such that the functionality and the use property of the foaming cement board can be ensured, and the rapid curing characteristic of the foaming cement can be presented.
