The invention discloses a foaming concrete thermal-insulation board. The foaming concrete thermal-insulation board comprises a thermal-insulation board body, a first connecting mechanism and a secondconnecting mechanism, wherein the first connecting mechanism and the second connecting mechanism are separately arranged on outer surfaces of the two sides of the thermal-insulation board body; the first connecting mechanism and the second connecting mechanism are mutually blocked; and an alkaline-resistant mesh layer is connected between the first connecting mechanism and the second connecting mechanism. The first connecting mechanism and the second connecting mechanism are mutually blocked and are fixed by a first fixing part, so that precision and firmness, in a paving process, of the thermal-insulation board body are improved, the service life of the thermal-insulation board body is prolonged and use cost is reduced; the alkaline-resistant mesh layer mechanism is arranged, so that theconstruction process is simple, and construction efficiency of a constructor is improved, and thus, a construction period is greatly shortened; and moreover, the first connecting plate and the secondconnecting plate are utilized for stretching alkaline mesh fabric, so that paving effect of the alkaline-resistant mesh layer mechanism is improved.
