Ultra-high molecular capillary crystalline waterproof coating
The invention provides an ultra-high molecular capillary crystalline waterproof coating. The ultra-high molecular capillary crystalline waterproof coating is composed of gray cement, quartz sand, filling powder, talcum powder, calcite powder and master batch. The filling powder is composed of special cement, quick lime, aluminum carbonate, quartz sand and cellulose. The calcite powder is calcite calcium carbonate of the fineness of 800 meshes. The master batch is inorganic powder type high molecular capillary crystalline active master batch. The special cement is sulphoaluminate cement of the strength class of 42.5. The coating can be obtained by fully stirring all components in a powder mixer, thereby being very convenient and environmentally friendly. According to the ultra-high molecular capillary crystalline waterproof coating, the porosity of a concrete structure is utilized, water is used as a carrier, active chemical substances in the product are brought into internal pores of the concrete structure to react with cement hydration products to further produce water-insoluble dendritic crystals and to be combined with the concrete as a whole to further block water from any direction. The ultra-high molecular capillary crystalline waterproof coating has repeated self-repair ability and superior performance.
