Novel building material and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses a novel building material and a preparation method thereof. The novel building material comprises, by weight, 20-35% of silt, 25-45% of a waste product, and 25-45% of an additive. The preparation method comprises: extruding, draining and crushing the silt, mixing with the waste product in a stirring tank and grinding, heating to remove water, adding an aluminum titanium composite coupling agent, adding a counterbalance additive and a lubrication additive, stirring, cooling, and carrying out injection molding forming. According to the present invention, the silt, the ash slag, the crop fibers, the industrial and building waste, the domestic garbage and other contaminated waste are adopted as the main materials to produce various natural and thermoplastic building and decoration materials, such that the manufacturing cost is low, the urban and rural pollution is reduced, and the resources and the energy sources are saved; and the prepared product provides comprehensive performances such as flame retardancy, insulation property, compression resistance and the like superior to the existing traditional building materials and plastic products, is green environmental protection, and is the ideal next generation replacement product.
