Novel composite building anticorrosive material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel composite building anticorrosive material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials, the novel composite building anticorrosive material comprises the following raw materials: 35-50 parts of cement, 25-30 parts of quartz sand, 15-20 parts of perlite, 8-10 parts of epoxy resin, 0.5-1 part of a steel bar corrosion inhibitor, 2-3 parts of an antioxidant, 1-3 parts of a mildew preventive, 2-4 parts of a preservative, 0.1-0.5 part of an anti-freezing agent and 0.1 part of an air entraining agent. The preparation methodcomprises the following steps: (1) grinding; (2) stirring; (3) pouring; and (4) molding. According to the invention, the cement, quartz sand and perlite are used as main materials of the building material; the building material has good performance and corrosion resistance due to the reasonable proportion, the quartz sand has the characteristics of hardness and abrasion resistance and is stable in chemical performance, the strength of the building material can be improved due to the addition of the quartz sand, and therefore the durability of the building material is better; a proper amount of perlite can improve the fireproof performance of the building material, and the heat preservation effect is better.
