A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
An abrasion-resistant ceramic glaze is prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 12-20 parts of montmorillonite, 7-12 parts of scallop shell powder, 4.7-6.8 parts of aluminum oxide, 6-8 parts of ultrafine zirconium silicate powder, 5-7.5 parts of calcined alumina micropowder, 4-8 parts of magnesium oxide, 5-7 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-6 parts of diatomite, 7-11 parts of sodium sulfate, 9-15 parts of limonite, 7-16 parts of phosphorus pentoxide, 11-18 parts of furfuryl alcohol resin, 8-12 parts of ailanthus altissima sawdust and 6-10 parts of camphor tree sawdust. The abrasion-resistant ceramic glaze has the benefits as follows: the abrasion-resistant ceramic glaze is simple to prepare and has the advantages that the ceramic glaze is non-toxic and harmless, and the abrasion resistance is improved.
