The invention discloses a long-life sinking-preventing insulating coating for a mirror plate. The coating comprises materials in parts by weight as follows: 30-32 parts of barium oxide, 30-32 parts of magnesium oxide, 30-32 parts of nickel oxide, 6-8 parts of manganese oxide, 6-8 parts of silver oxide, 2-4 parts of palladium oxide and 2-4 parts of bismuth oxide. According to the coating, barium oxide, magnesium oxide and nickel oxide are taken as cores, multiple oxides with a synergistic effect are introduced, and accordingly, the surface strength, the surface evenness, the heat and pressure resistance and the sinking preventing property of the coating at the high temperature are effectively improved; titanium carbide, cerium oxide and zinc oxide are added to the coating, so that the expansion degree of the coating to the temperature difference and the pressure difference is effectively improved, and bad influence caused by coating expansion on the use effect and the service life of the coating can be avoided.
