Depression-preventing low-swell-shrinking mirror plate
The invention discloses a depression-preventing low-swell-shrinking mirror plate which adopts a stainless steel plate as a substrate, and a coating is arranged on the surface of the stainless steel plate. The coating comprises 30-32 parts by weight of an aluminum oxide, 30-32 parts by weight of a hafnium oxide, 30-32 parts by weight of a silicon oxide, 6-8 parts by weight of a europium oxide, 6-8 parts by weight of a silver oxide, 2-4 parts by weight of a palladium oxide and 2-4 parts by weight of a bismuth oxide. According to the scheme, the stainless steel plate is taken as the substrate, the coating on the outer surface of the stainless steel plate takes aluminum oxide, hafnium oxide and silicon oxide as the core, and multiple oxides having a synergistic effect are introduced, so that the surface strength, the surface smoothness, the hot pressing resistance and the depression-prevention performance of the coating of the mirror plate under high pressure are improved effectively; by means of boron nitride, ruthenium oxide and zinc oxide added to the coating, the expansion extent of the coating for larger temperature difference and pressure difference can be improved effectively, and accordingly, bad influence of the overall swell and shrinking of the mirror plate on the using effect and the service life of the mirror plate can be avoided effectively.
