The invention relates to sound-absorbing and thermal-insulation wall paper, which sequentially comprises an adhesion layer, a bamboo charcoal thermal-insulation layer and a base paper layer from the direction closely adhering on the wall, and is characterized in that the thickness of the base paper layer is 0.3-0.8 mm, the thermal-insulation layer is formed by compounding metal foil and a bamboo charcoal cotton layer, the thickness of the bamboo charcoal cotton layer is 0.5-1 mm, the bamboo charcoal cotton layer and the metal foil are adhered, round holes are uniformly arranged on the metal foil, the pore size is 0.1-0.2 mm, the open porosity is 1-3%, the upper surface of the bamboo charcoal cotton layer and the base paper layer are bonded, the lower surface of the metal foil is the adhesion layer, and the adhesion layer position close to the wall surface is provided with release paper.
